King arthur and sir gwayn were both very good knights of the round table and they were really good swords men. In the middle of the story they menchen that sir gwayn is king arthurs uncle and arthur had never met him before and at the end of the story king arthur kills sir gwayn because he thought gwayn was going to betray him.

King Arthur was a generous king that had a lot of pride and when he became king he spoke a very pleasant  speech and said "since I am king I devote myself to God and will vanquish all evil".
